What you’ll do:
Travel to customer locations, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of agricultural equipment
Ensure timely and efficient resolution of equipment issues
Maintain a well-stocked service vehicle equipped with essential tools and parts
Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
Champion safety protocols and quality standards at all times
What you bring:
Proven experience repairing agricultural machinery or similar heavy-duty equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently in various field conditions

Agricultural Machinery Technician
FieldFix Solutions Inc. is seeking experienced and highly skilled Senior Agricultural Machinery Technicians to provide exceptional on-site repairs for our clients. You’ll play a vital role in keeping farmers operating at peak efficiency and minimizing equipment downtime.
What you’ll do:
Diagnose and repair complex issues across a wide range of agricultural machinery
Mentor and guide Junior Agricultural Machinery Technicians
Provide expert maintenance advice to clients, ensuring optimal equipment performance
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and service history
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements
What you bring:
Proven experience as an Agricultural Machinery Technician (Red Seal certification preferred)
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Leadership abilities and a passion for sharing knowledge
Commitment to customer service and delivering exceptional results
Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator
FieldFix Solutions is looking for organized and enthusiastic Customer Service and Logistics Coordinators. You’ll be the first point of contact for our valued agricultural clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
What you’ll do:
Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and understanding
Schedule service appointments and efficiently dispatch our mobile technician teams
Coordinate with suppliers, track inventory, and streamline our supply chain
Accurately maintain client records and service history
Proactively identify ways to improve customer satisfaction
What you bring:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
Experience in client-facing roles and/or logistics support (a plus!)
